The advisory that should have existed already
iHemera is a private longevity and aesthetics concierge: one discreet advisor who navigates the entire longevity landscape for clients worldwide, selling judgment and nothing else. This page is the story of why it exists, what it believes, and who stands behind it.
Hemera was the Greek personification of daylight — the goddess of the day itself. iHemera exists for one purpose that honors the name: more days, lived in full light.
Every serious domain of life has an advisor. Except this one.
Consider how accomplished people manage what matters. Capital has a wealth manager. Legal exposure has counsel. Companies have advisors for every consequential decision. In each domain where the stakes are high and the landscape is complex, one pattern repeats: a trusted professional on the client’s side of the table, paid by the client alone, accountable for the territory.
Then look at healthspan — the number of years a person lives with full energy, clarity and capability. For the first time in history it has become a field of genuine science and serious investment: advanced diagnostics, longevity clinics on four continents, protocols studied and refined. And around it has grown an industry of noise in which every confident voice has something to sell. Clinics sell their program. Testing companies sell their panels. Content creators sell attention. The one voice missing is the one that exists everywhere else: an advisor with nothing to sell but judgment.
iHemera was founded to occupy that seat. We accept no commissions, promote no products, fill no clinic. We are paid by our clients alone, which means every verdict we give can be trusted for the only reason trust is ever rational: we gain nothing from the answer being anything other than true.
Mission and vision
To give our clients more strong decades — by replacing noise with judgment, accumulation with strategy, and marketing with evidence.
Every engagement serves this sentence. If a recommendation does not trade noise for judgment or marketing for evidence, it does not leave this practice.
A world in which every serious person has, beside their wealth manager and their physician, a trusted mind responsible for how long and how well they live.
The role we occupy should be as ordinary as the wealth manager became. We intend to define its standard: independent, evidence-first, discreet, and honest even when honesty costs a sale.
Five convictions behind every engagement
These are not marketing values. They are working rules, and every document we produce can be audited against them.
Strategy beats accumulation
Most people approach longevity by adding things: another supplement, another test, another membership. Results come from the opposite direction. A small number of high-evidence fundamentals, sequenced correctly and done consistently, outperform an expensive collection of fragments every time. The first thing a good strategy does is subtract.
Evidence has a hierarchy
A mechanism in mice, an exciting preprint and replicated human outcome data are priced identically by the industry. We weigh them the way careful scientists do, and we are candid about uncertainty. The phrase “we do not know yet” appears in our work wherever it is true — which makes everything else we say worth more.
Sequence matters as much as selection
The right test at the wrong time is noise. An advanced intervention on a poor foundation is waste. Foundations before measurement, measurement before refinement, refinement before anything advanced: sequencing is the most neglected discipline in personal health, and one of the most valuable things we do.
Context is the strategy
The identical protocol can be wise for one person and pointless for another. Your goals, your history, your constraints and your appetite are not details to accommodate; they are the raw material of the plan. Nothing we deliver is a template, and nothing we deliver could be handed to anyone else.
Independence is everything
The moment an advisor profits from what you buy, the advice bends. iHemera holds the line absolutely: no commissions, no affiliations, no products. When we tell you something is worth ten thousand euro — or that it is theatre — the conclusion was reached the same way in both cases: the evidence, and your interest.

Built by strategists, deliberately
iHemera was founded by Inga Barkauskaite, an entrepreneur and strategist formed on both sides of the Atlantic. Educated in the United States — a bachelor’s degree in management, an MBA and a Master of Taxation — she spent nearly two decades living, studying and building businesses in America before founding ventures in Europe. Hers is a career spent doing, in other domains, exactly what iHemera does in this one: reading complex landscapes, separating substance from presentation, and taking responsibility for a client’s territory so the client does not carry it alone. Around that foundation she has built a practice: a dedicated team that brings the same discipline to research, vetting and client care.
That strategic character is a deliberate feature of the practice, and it is worth being direct about. iHemera is an advisory, not medical care. What the longevity world lacks is not more clinical voices; it has excellent physicians, and iHemera’s clients keep theirs at the center of every medical decision. What the field lacks is the discipline that surrounds serious money everywhere else: independent analysis, evidence weighed at its actual strength, sequencing, cost honesty, and an advisor whose only incentive is the client’s outcome. That is strategists’ work, and it is precisely the work iHemera exists to do — beside your physicians, never instead of them.
Behind every engagement runs modern analytical intelligence that reads research at a scale no individual can, cross-references claims against the literature, and surfaces in hours what once took weeks. And above all of it sits human judgment with a permanent rule: we would rather tell you an unwelcome truth than a marketable story.
How the practice is organized is, by design, not the story. What reaches you is: one standard, one voice, one accountable advisory — and a verdict you can trust precisely because no one involved in producing it gains anything from the answer being other than true.
Private, worldwide, by application
iHemera serves clients worldwide — strategy, research and counsel travel perfectly, and our clients’ best providers may be anywhere on earth. Everything is delivered personally: considered documents, a private line, scheduled conversations. No app, no dashboard, no login. This is a private advisory relationship, not another piece of software asking for your attention.
The work takes four forms, built as a ladder with no obligation to climb: the Longevity Protocol Audit, a straight verdict on everything you currently do; the Personal Longevity Roadmap, your complete multi-year strategy; iHemera Private, the ongoing membership; and iHemera Reserve, strictly limited, in which the entire domain is simply handled. Around them sits a full concierge menu — travel curation, team assembly, aesthetics journeys and more — described in detail on the services page.
Admission is by application, and capacity is genuinely limited, because attention does not scale and we refuse to dilute it. Every application receives a personal, straight answer — including, sometimes, the answer that iHemera is not what you need. We consider that answer part of the service.
Three questions, answered the way we answer everything
Are you physicians?
No — and the distinction is the point. iHemera is a strategic and research advisory: we do not diagnose, prescribe or treat, and your physicians remain at the center of every medical decision. What we provide is what the medical system structurally cannot: independent analysis, sequencing, cost honesty, and preparation that makes every appointment you have more productive. Beside your physicians, never instead of them.
Why by application?
Because attention does not scale. Every engagement is delivered personally, capacity is genuinely limited, and an application tells us enough to answer you intelligently rather than generically — including, sometimes, with the answer that iHemera is not what you need. We would rather decline well than serve badly.
Who is iHemera not for?
Anyone looking for a miracle, a product, or a shortcut around their own physician. Anyone who wants their current choices applauded rather than examined. And anyone whose situation needs medical care rather than optimization strategy — our intake screens for exactly that, and if it is what we find, we will say so plainly and point you to the right door.
