Use this form to withdraw from a Service while your right of withdrawal still applies (Section 5.1 of our Terms of Service). We email you straight away to confirm the date and time we received it.

Tell Us Which Service

Give your name, the email address where we should send your confirmation, and the Service. Then select Confirm cancellation. Your invoice or receipt number helps us find it faster but is not required.

iHemera is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Ireland). We use these details only to handle your request, as the law requires. We keep these records with the engagement record for six (6) years after the end of the financial year. See our Privacy Policy.

What Happens Next

  • Straight away: you receive an email with a copy of your request and the date and time we received it.
  • A Service that has been fully performed (a session that has taken place or a Deliverable that has been delivered) can no longer be withdrawn from, as you agreed when you paid.
